Policies

Booking/Payment Policy:

  • NO Deposit or Prepayment needed when making a booking. Pay when you check-in.  
  • A valid credit card guarantee is required to confirm your booking.
  • Please note that different conditions apply to group and block bookings or long term stays, for which a deposit by bank transfer is required.
  • We accept payments by Eftpos / Bank Transfer / Cash / Visa / Mastercard / Amex. Payments by cheque are subject to approval. If you do not hold a credit card and wish to make a booking, please contact us on 0064 3 614 8069.

  

Cancellation Policy:

Once you make a reservation with us we guarantee your booked rooms as they are held for your exclusive occupation. Due to the nature of our business, cancellations affect us significantly as we may turn other customers away while holding your reservation. Late cancellations or amendments to your booking may be subject to a penalty charged to your credit card.

  • Bookings over non-peak periods: at least 48 hours notice required
  • Bookings during high season (Jan-Feb-Mar) and peak periods (e.g. school holidays, public holidays, events etc.): at least 7 days notice required
  • Group bookings (3 or more bedrooms) or extended stays (one week or longer): at least 30 days notice is required
  • Cancellations / amendments not advised within the required notification time,  may incur a charge of the first night’s accommodation for every room cancelled. In the event of not showing up on arrival date, may result in 100% charge of  the total booking value.
  • We reserve the right to accept reservations that are subject to a minimum stay over peak periods
  • A request to reduce the length of your stay before check-in may result in having the rate re-quoted or the reservation being reviewed for acceptance
  • Earlier termination of your booked term after check-in may not result in a refund, unless approved by the motel management
  • An approved refund will be subject to an Administration Fee of $25

We recommend all guests have an up to date travel insurance arrangement in place in case of unforeseen circumstances.


Child Policy:

We welcome families with children. Infants (up to 12 months) stay for free when using existing bedding. A baby cot is available for hire at an additional charge of $10 p/night (subject to availability).

  

Additional Information:

  • Smoke free units: All our rooms are designated non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside only away from other guests and open windows.
  • Pets: No animals/pets are permitted.
